What is the returns policy?
Once you have received your products you have 7 days to decide if you wish to
return them. If you decide, you do not want the goods and may return them back
to our warehouse as long as you have not used them and have returned them
back in the original packaging and free of defects. We will happily refund your
money minus any shipping costs back to our warehouse. You may deliver the
goods back to our warehouse for a full refund or if you would like us to arrange a
collection a minimum collection charge of £60 will be deducted from refund.
For hygiene reason mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted
back unless faulty, please note this does not apply to items that have been
specifically tailored to customers requirement.
ITEM MADE TO MEASURE CANNOT BE RETURNED
We will take reasonable steps to pack the goods properly and to ensure that you
receive your order in good condition.
Lost delivery or damage must be notified to the company within 24 hours of
receipt of goods
We will not be responsible for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and
tear, willful damage accident, negligence by you or any this party, if you use the
goods in a way that we or the manufacture do not recommend, your failure to
follow our or the manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair you carry
out without our prior written approval
